Past IFCA President Vince Hornberger Passes Away

- Vincent "Vince" Hornberger, 85, of Cresco, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at the Evans Memorial Home in Cresco, Iowa. Vince was born on July 6, 1927 to Charles and Lena (Kieninger) Hornberger on a farm in Lincoln Township in Winneshiek County, Iowa. He moved to Cresco in 1930. Past IFCA President Edsel McMickel passes away
APRIL 12
- Services have been set for former Cedar Rapids fire chief Edsel McMickel who died Wednesday morning at the age of 87. McMickel, who was the ninth paid fire chief in the history of the department, served the department for 40 years. 2013 Dues Renewal UPDATE
JANUARY 31
- The 2013 IFCA Dues renewal has been sent out. A mass email renewal was sent out at the first of the year. In order to ensure adequate coverage, it was decided to send out a paper version of the renewal. This paper renewal went out in the mail on January 30th.
